FORMSTON A DUAL WORLD CHAMPION

Matt Formston is the new World Adaptive Surfing Champion taking out the Visual Impaired division in San Diego.

Formston had plenty of work to do, but moved into second place late in the heat;

With just minutes remaining, the Wamberal natural footer found a gem to hit the front.

Then it was time to pop the champagne with his caddy – former Central Coast board-rider Samba Mann.

The 39-year-old is now a World Champ in two sports, following a stellar cycling career.
