A 30-year-old man has been bail refused in Tamworth Local Court, after allegedly breaking into a Goonoo Goonoo Road residence last Tuesday night, and threatening the occupant.
Meanwhile, a 24-year-old male received conditional bail in connection to the incident.
They were arrested in the car park of a nearby fast food outlet just before 6pm last night.
Police say the duo are members of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, the Finks.
“They supply drugs in our community. They use stand over tactics and violence to profit from their illegal activities, and we do everything we can to try and stop that.”
The 30-year-old will reappear in court on Monday, with the younger man will face court early next year.
