RENEWED APPEALS FOR INFORMATION INTO MISSING PERSON ZAC BARNES

Police are renewing an appeal for information about a missing Hunter Valley teenager as part of Missing Persons Week.

18-year-old, Zac Barnes was last seen exiting the vehicle of a friend at the intersection of Haussman Drive and Tripp Close in Thornton, around 8pm on Sunday November 13 last year.

It’s believed he may have attended a nearby house, but police are keen to establish the exact circumstances surrounding his disappearance and want to hear from anyone who may have had contact with him.

Mr Barnes, of Metford, is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 190cm tall, with short brown hair and a receding hairline, and of a large build.

He was last seen wearing a faded tie-dye blue singlet, dark blue board shorts and work boots.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Zac Barnes is urged to call Crime Stoppers.

Missing Persons Week is an annual national campaign to raise awareness of the issues and impacts surrounding missing persons and runs between Sunday 30 July and Saturday 5 August 2017.
