MAN SUFFERS HEAD INJURIES AFTER UTE ROLLS 600-METRES DOWN HILL
A man is in a stable condition in hospital, after a serious farm accident at a property near Armidale.
It’s understood the 76-year-old was driving a ute when it rolled 600-metres down a steep hill.
A spokesperson from the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service says the driver jumped from the vehicle at a speed of around 40-kilometres-an-hour.
He was flown to Tamworth Hospital with significant head and shoulder injuries.
