A 50-year-old man that had been missing since Friday on the mid north coast has been found alive and well.
Sean Ingram was last seen around 11am on Friday, when he left his house on a rural property on Shoreline Drive in Port Macquarie.
Just before 10am this morning, the man was found in nearby bushland. He was treated by paramedics for minor cuts and abrasions.
