CENTRAL COAST POLICE INVESTIGATE MOTORCYLE CRASH

A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital after colliding with a utility on the Central Coast.

Around 10:30am, emergency services were called to the Old Pacific Highway near Cowan Road at Mooney Mooney.

The 54-year-old male rider was airlifted to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.

A female pillion passenger was treated for a wrist injury, before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.

The male driver of the utility was not injured.

Police are urging any witnesses to come forward.
