Residents against Rose Group’s Catherine Hill Bay housing development aren’t giving up the fight, despite the project being approved.
A visiting geologist claims the Planning Department has overlooked the impact of mine subsidence in the area.
The issue was part of the assessment phase, after submissions from residents and the Mine Subsidence Board.
Residents have forwarded their concerns to the premier.
