There was a new R added to the University of Newcastle’s curriculum today.
As well as reading, riting and rithmatic, they got rythmn, tapped out on random objects, as part of an international competition.
Entrants had to play a cover tune and an original composition to get a shot at the finals of the Tum Tum Pa competition in Brazil.
