GOSFORD SECURES MINOR SEMI IN CENTRAL COAST RUGBY UNION

In Central Coast Rugby Union,
Gosford proved too strong for Ourimbah in the minor semi final yesterday, winning 25 to nil.
Up by ten at half time, a penalty goal for Gosford in the second half strengthed their lead.
Ourimbah dominated posession, but repeatedly fell short of the line.
Gosford winger Adam Cliff proved to be the side’s star, scoring two tries to secure their place in the preliminary final.
Gosford play the loser of next week’s major semi-final between Avoca Beach and Kariong.
