13 people have been injured, and two young girls are in a serious condition, after a head-on-crash at Tucki Tucki, near Lismore.
Two four-wheel-drives were travelling along Wyrallah Road just after midday but Police are unsure how they collided.
Two girls, aged ten and five, suffered serious head and abdominal injures, while 11 others needed hospital treatment.
