Adelaide United’s Paul Izzo has passed a medical test and is expected to be announced as the Central Coast Mariners new reserve goalkeeper sometime in the coming days.
Izzo is expected to replace Matt Nash as reserve goalkeeper, and act as reserve to regular shot stopper Liam Reddy.
Nash today announced the end of his playing career, moving into the role of goalkeeping coach in place of the Sydney FC-bound John Crawley.
