A 55-year-old man has been airlifted to Newcastle’s John Hunter hospital with a suspected fractured skull, after he fell off a roof at Gunnedah.
The accident happened along the Quia (pron: Choir) Road just before one o’clock this afternoon.
It’s understood the man fell three metres before hitting his head on concrete.
He was treated at the scene by ambulance officers, before being flown to Newcastle in a serious condition.
