BREAKING: Police have confirmed that a device found at Arundel on the Gold Coast this afternoon was a homemade bomb.
Officers say the device was constructed with a PVC pipe, with explosives found inside.
Guns and ammunition were also discovered inside the truck.
The device has now been declared safe.
