The Guyra Super Spuds are eyeing a return to senior rugby league in 2018.
They folded two seasons after returning to Group 19, taking this year off to re-group.
Sick of seeing locals playing for other towns, an informal gathering has been called for October 4 at the ‘Bottom Pub’.
If there’s enough interest in a revival, another formal meeting will be conducted.
Once sure of their playing stocks, the Super Spuds will approach the Group 19 and Group 4 committees to discuss their options for next season.
