The Joint Regional Planning Panel has given the final go ahead for construction of the long awaited Justice Precinct in Coffs Harbour.
Work on the multi-million dollar project to be built on the corner of Beryl Street and the Pacific Highway on the northern side of the CBD, is expected to start in August.
The state of the art complex will house new courts and a police station.
The future of the current justice precinct site is yet to be determined.
