Full access has been restored to residents along Caparra Road, north-west of Wingham, with the opening of the Goldsmith bridge.
Both the Granny Fahey and Goldsmith bridges were washed away during the floods three weeks ago, isolating around 50 people.
Work to rebuild the structure finished late yesterday, just three days after the Granny Fahey bridge re-opened to traffic.
