Strong northerly winds at Coffs harbour caused problems for the owner of this 14 metre yacht which washed ashore in the harbour.
The vessel was left high and dry after breaking free from its mooring.
The owner tried to secure an anchor rope in deep water, though choppy conditions made it difficult.
The yacht remains stuck on the beach.
