Merewether surfer Phillipa Anderson will begin her campaign at one of the biggest world qualifying series events on the calendar, in California later tonight.
She goes in with the perfect preparation – having lived every boardrider’s dream by surfing at Kelly Slater’s ranch.
Anderson was in camp with the Australian High Performance Team, in the build-up to the sport’s introduction in Tokyo.
