Police are seeking information from the public to help identify a man who was found unconscious on the side of a road in northern New South Wales.
A motorist on Kyogle Road at Kunghur, about 12km south-west of Uki, noticed the injured man around 7:30pm last night.
The man had suffered injuries to his face and abdomen, and was treated at the scene by the motorist and a local doctor.
He was airlifted to Royal Brisbane Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
It’s not known how the man was injured.
