International sport stars Tim Cahill and Stephanie Gilmore were on hand in Woy Woy today, helping out at the annual Weetbix Kids TRYathalon.
1400 youngsters swam, rode and ran their way around the course, to be met at the finish line by their very own sporting heroes.
The event sees all children receive participation medals and awards, encouraging kids to be involved with sports and be active and healthy.
