Several lighthouses on the Far North Coast are set to get a facelift with the State Government spending $60,000 on upgrades.
The Richmond River Ballina Lighthouse, as well as Fingal and Evan’s Head lighthouses will be restored.
Work to be done will include the re-painting of wall, handrails, windows and doors.
