On the improve.
After a couple of weeks of torrential rain and howling onshore winds the surf is begining to clean up at most open beaches along the north coast. Our pictures today were taken at Coffs Harbours Diggers Beach on the low tide with light winds and a one-metre north-east swell throwing up some fun peaks. Conditions should improve over the weekend with the swell becoming easterly and winds predicted to stay light.
