Lawyers for a woman accused of stabbing her partner to death at her Goonellabah home earlier this year, say she was acting in self defence at the time of the alleged incident.
32-year-old, Noelene Nolan is charged with murdering 43-year-old, Darren Bolt back in April.
The case was heard in Lismore Court today and has been adjourned until the 7th of February.
