Environmentalist and former Central Coast resident Tim Silverwood is back in the country after his epic voyage to the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.
His July expedition saw him travel to one of the world’s most notorious build-ups of plastic waste, located in the Pacific Ocean.
The co-founder of the ‘Take 3 Clean Beach Initiative’ will now travel around the country, to raise awareness of plastic pollution and discuss his experiences.
