My name is Mike Ailwood, I am the son of the late Arthur Ailwood
My Mother,brother, myself and our wives attended the official opening of the Maritime museum today.
As you would be aware my late father was a model builder and following his death the family made a considerable contribution to the then fledging museum
We as a family are happy the collection has finally found a home and believe the ships to be now in good care
During the opening both NBN (Paul Lobb) and the Newcastle Herald approached my mother for both comment and interview
I would ask that as no footage of Mum or indeed of myself or my brother appeared on the evening news,is this film available for our viewing on maybe DVD or VHS format if so how do I obtain it
