While the Mid-North Coast cops a downpour, Northern Rivers residents are being told to get ready, as more rain is predicted to hit the region from Sunday.
The SES is warning residents to stay alert, and use the sunshine to start preparing for thunderstorms and potential flash flooding.
“We have a bit of a reprieval at the moment so now’s the best time to prepare your homes so clean your gutters, clear up any loose items,” Lismore City SES Unit Commander, Lacy Loloa, said.
