Parking has been free at Lismore Base Hospital for more than eight months now, but fees are being re-introduced.
The local council suspended them in April last year to help out staff who were working through the pandemic.
Paid parking in the all-day and time-limited spots around the hospital will come back into effect this coming Monday.
