The Hunter’s Jason Sangha has been selected in the Prime Minister’s 11 for the Twenty20 clash with Sri Lanka on October 24 in Canberra.
Sangha joins the likes of Australian One Day and T20 international representative Chris Lynn, as well as co-captains Peter Siddle and Dan Christian.
Ironically, the 20 year old former Wallsend batsman was overlooked for the New South Wales Blues side, for this week’s opening Sheffield Shield match against the Queensland Bulls in Brisbane.
