A 23-year-old learner driver has had his licence suspended for six months and been fined more than $2,400 after being clocked at 139 kilometres per hour near Grafton yesterday afternoon.
His partner and learner supervisor was also issued an infringement notice.
The couple’s two children, both under the age of four, were passengers in the green Ford Territory.
Police say mandatory child welfare notifications were also completed.
