Former Armidale priest David Joseph Perrett will remain in custody until a committal hearing in January.
He was charged with an additional 30 counts of child sexual assault back in August and is facing more than 110 charges in total, all of a similar nature.
Police allege the incidents occurred between 1960 and 1990.
