Some of the best young talent is on show this weekend – with the Newcastle round of the Gromsearch Series.
The event runs in 10 different countries, with over 5,000 competitors worldwide.
Among the big names to have come through the series – current World Tour surfers Gabriel Medina and Stephanie Gilmore.
