A man has been charged over Tuesday’s fatal crash at Sandy Beach.
A 43-year-old mother of two died at the scene of a collision between a truck and two cars.
The rig’s driver – a 69-year-old from Woolgoolga – has now been charged with dangerous driving, and negligent driving occasioning death.
He’s due to face Coffs Harbour Local Court in late June.
