Three people have been injured in a head on crash at Myuna Bay at Lake Macquarie.
The accident happened at around 9:30 this morning on Wangi Road.
A male suffered suspected spinal injuries in the crash, while a female suffered a suspected broken ankle.
A 12-year-old girl is also being treated for neck pain.
All three people have been taken to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.
Wangi Road was closed for several hours.
