A 35-year-old man has suffered serious back injuries on Day One of the Australian Four Day Enduro race in Cessnock.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter arrived at the scene late this afternoon, after a man came off his motorbike.
He is being flown to Royal North Shore Hospital.
