The Woolgoolga Town Centre Master Plan has been unveiled, aiming to make the beachside town a North Coast destination.
Coffs Harbour City Council says the strategic plan looks to harness growth opportunities, while mainitaining the town’s beachside charm into the future.
“The master plan has actually reduced the building heights throughout the CBD just maintaining five stories to just a few minimum places and the rest to three stories, which is a reduction in what it originally was.”
An emphasis on open green spaces, linking the beach to the centre of town, and parking are all highlighted as development priorities.
