An 11-year-old boy has been arrested in the north west of NSW, after he allegedly set a granny flat on fire.
The arrest came during Operation Claymore 2, an ongoing police operation in Moree targeting traffic, drug, and property crime.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze, and the boy was charged with damaging property with fire.
Eight people were charged during the two-day operation, with offences including larceny, having custody of a knife in a public place, and a range of traffic offences.
