Inverell’s Tom Scoble has joined Narrabri’s Ryan Meppam in taking another step towards Australian under 19s cricket selection.
They’ve been picked to represent ACT New South Wales Country at December’s National Championships in Tasmania.
Meanwhile, Tamworth’s Jessica Davidson has been selected for January’s Nationals, retaining her spot with the ACT New South Wales Country Under 15s girls.
It follows an impressive Country Championships, where she struck an unbeaten half century, and claimed three wickets.
Claire Lennon, also from Inverell, won a spot in the Under 18s girls side as well.
