Hunter pilot Matt Hall has disputed the call that knocked him out in the round of eight at the Red Bull Air Race in Japan.
Hall received a two second penalty for climbing in the gate and was knocked out by eventual champion, Yoshi Moruya.
“Yeah I was happy with the flight and I’m happy that Yoshi won the race but to be honest I can’t see the penalty. We reviewed the data and I can’t see it.”
Hall is now 11th ahead of race four in Budapest.
