Bio-solids continue to generate a foul smell around Coffs Harbour’s Jetty Beach.
The issue has been lingering for five months, which Coffs Harbour City Council says is due to damage sustained to the Englands Road Biomass Facility back in July.
A spokesperson says the Environmental Protection Agency is aware Council is liaising with operators of a number of licenced bio-solids processing facilities.
