Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious truck crash south of Forster, last week.
A B-Double was travelling south bound on the Pacific Highway at Coolongoolook when it crossed into the other lane and collided with two northbound trucks.
Investigators are wanting to speak to people who witnessed the crash and who were specifically travelling south at the time.
