Tamworth gymnast Julia Hannaford will return home from the National Championships in Melbourne with a bronze medal.
Her New South Wales level 10 team finished third, while she placed sixth in Australia on the vault.
At 15, she was one of the youngest in level 10, but finished the competition 10th overall.
