The Taree community has been given a sneak peak of the new-look Manning Hospital,with designs for the planned redevelopment now complete.
Medical professionals and the local indigenous community played a key role in designing the layout of the $20-million project.
Work will now begin on developing more detailed plans for the building’s interior.
Cancer care and renal dialysis services are the major areas to be addressed in stage one of the project.
