Group 3 Rugby League could soon receive a massive boost, with NRL star Jamal Idris contemplating joining the Port City Breakers.
The news comes only weeks after the 25-year-old was granted compassionate release from his Penrith Panthers contract.
Idris, who grew up in Forster, is expected to make a decision in the coming months.
