Police hold serious concerns for the welfare of an Armidale man, who’s been missing since yesterday morning.
51-year-old Stephen ‘Scott’ Hourigan left his home in his 2007 grey Toyota Prado with registration SH2137 at around 10am, heading east on Waterfall Way.
Mr Hourigan’s family alerted police and are concerned due to his mental state.
He’s described as being about 185-centimetres tall, with a solid build and short dark hair.
He has a tattoo on his left arm of Chinese characters.
