WHOOPING COUGH EPIDEMIC ON NORTH COAST INFECTS HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE

A whooping cough epidemic sweeping the north coast has authorities concerned over the low vaccination rate of young children.

Bellingen has the lowest rate but Coffs Harbour and the Northern Rivers are also well below the national average.
