Tamworth’s Mayor and General Manager have returned from a whirlwind trip to China, aimed at strengthening ties with investment company Everich.
Mayor Col Murray says during the one-and-a-half day visit, a supply agreement with a Nundle company was signed.
He says he looks forward to many more agreements being finalised between the sister cities.
“We’ve actually progressed the appointment of a person to actually come to Tamworth in March to further build on, build their company and build their engagement with our agricultural community.”
