Matt Walsh has been announced as the new North Tamworth Bears president.
He replaces club stalwart Peter Woolaston, while premiership winning coach Brad McManus has stepped down to take on the vice presidency.
2014 captain Marshall Barker will play and co-coach first grade, alongside centre Zac Russ.
