The Central Coast celebrated World Mental Health day with a special exhibition in Gosford today.
The show encouraged locals who have experienced a mental illness to represent it through art.
Local student Georgia Vowless entered this piece, describing her battle with depression and anxiety.
The show will run for 10 days.
