A 28 year old man- alleged to have links to a criminal motorcycle gang will have his case heard in the Supreme court.
Police allege Ben Knight was a key drug distributor for the former Finks bikie gang.
They claim they caught him on the job last November.
After receiving a tip-off, police searched his car and found 16 grams of amphetamine, cannabis and $14,000.
Knight was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and utensils.
