Tamworth’s Visitor Information Centre could be on the move.
Tamworth Regional Council will tonight vote to relocate the centre to the Golden Guitar Tourist Centre.
Council wants to relocate the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame from its Brisbane Street location to the existing Information Centre site on the corner of Peel and Murray Streets.
It’s hoped the relocations will save council money and bring more tourists through the doors.
